Where is my package?

Please allow approximately 3-5 business days for your order to process and be shipped. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, there may be a further delay in your shipment.

Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Please be sure to check both your inbox and spam folders for an e-mail from hello@uomabeauty.com where you will find your tracking information. 

If for any reason you are still unable to track your package, please email alchemist@uomabeauty.com with your order number so we can further assist you.

What if my items arrived damaged?

Please e-mail alchemist@uomabeauty.com with the following:

  • A photo of the damaged item
  • A photo of the packing slip
  • The order number in the subject line

What if I received the incorrect item in my order?

Please reach out to alchemist@uomabeauty.com with the following:

  • A photo of the item received and the packing slip
  • The order number in the subject line

I believe my package was lost or stolen. What do I do?

We want to ensure that you receive your products, as your satisfaction is our top priority. Before reaching out, please follow these steps:

  • Please allow up to three business days for your package to hopefully arrive. If not, please reach out to alchemist@uomabeauty.com with the following:
    • Your order number
    • The day the carrier states your package was delivered
    • Any other pertinent information you feel we should be aware of

 What if I received my item as a gift?

  • If you received your item as a gift, please reach out to the original purchaser to receive an order number or valid packing slip. Once you have the order number or valid packing slip, , please e-mail hello@uomabeauty.com to begin the return/exchange process.

Can I purchase your products in a store?

U.S. Customers: 

  • UOMA Beauty: We’re excited to announce you can find UOMA Beauty in select Nordstrom and ULTA Beauty locations! Please reach out to your local store to see if they carry UOMA Beauty. 
  • UOMA By Sharon C.: Our UOMA By Sharon C. line can now be found in select Walmart stores nationwide! Please reach out to your local Walmart to see if they carry UOMA By Sharon C.

UK Customers:

We are pleased to share that you can now find UOMA Beauty in the following retail locations:

  • Harrod’s 
  • Flannels
  • Boots
  • Selfridges
  • Liberty

Canadian Customers:

Exciting news! You can now find UOMA Beauty Products in select Shoppers Drug Mart stores. Please reach out to your local Shoppers Drug Mart store to learn if they carry our products.

I purchased my products from one of your retail locations. Can I return them here?

Unfortunately, we can only accept return from uomabeauty.com and uomabeauty.com/sharonc. Please reach out to the retailer where the purchase was made to learn more about their return policies. 

Are your products cruelty free?

Both UOMA Beauty and UOMA By Sharon C. are proudly 100% cruelty free.
